Shibu Oommen is the Founder of India Village Mission. He is a native of the State of Kerala in India He worked several years in Saudi Arabia as a Sales & Marketing Executive. In 2007 he graduated from the Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Dehradun, India, with a Masters in Divinity. It was during his practical work in connection with his studies that he was inspired by God to do something that would impact the lives of people, spiritually as well as physically and he chose the immediate vicinity of his residence to carry out his experiment. Thus began the work of India Village Mission (IVM). Currently he lives and works in the United States with his family and looks after the interests of IVM from there. |
