It seeks to train them in various skills, equipping them to earn a living. It pays participants wages and allowances, consistent with the level of their participation, enabling them to improve their economic and social conditions. "The Village" also provides them with raw materials and equipment to produce these beautiful articles. Simultaneously, "The Village" also serves the villagers through a ministry that seeks to minister to the whole person &em; body, mind and spirit.
